Property Transfer with the City of High Point and Guilford County Schools

At the recommendation of attorney Erwin Fuller, this item has been added to formally notify the Board of Education that the Board of Commissioners has approved of their action to swap two parcels of property with the City of High Point.  The information provided to the Board of Commissioners is attached for review.  Staff and our attorney are in the process of recording deeds for the swapped property.  This is an information item only.
