RE:	Contractual Agreement with Samet Corporation for Pre-Construction Services at Union Hill Elementary School

Samet Corporation was one of three firms approved by the Architectural Selection Committee and previously presented to the board to provide CM @ Risk Services for the Union Hill Elementary School project.

Board approval is now requested for Samet Corporation to provide pre-construction services to the Union Hill Elementary School project in exchange for the lump sum payment of $72,230.

RECOMMENDATION: The administration recommends awarding a contract to Samet Corporation for Pre-Construction services at Union Hill Elementary School in the amount of $72,230.
