GCS Employee of the Month for May 2007 |
|
After the devastating fire at Eastern Guilford High, faculty and staff worked day and night to get students back in class. Randall Hackett had another problem to overcome – how to get the Wildcats back on the field and court. Through hard work, dedication and sheer commitment, Randall figured out a way to schedule athletic practices and competitions around the students’ conflicting schedules, as well as how to provide transportation to remote sites from split campuses. Because of his outstanding dedication to keeping Wildcat pride alive, Randall was selected as the May Employee of the Month. As Guilford County Schools’ Employee of the Month, Randall received a $50 gift card from Sam’s Club, who has partnered with GCS to execute the employee recognition program. His photo will hang on a plaque at the district’s central offices, at his school and at Sam’s Club on Wendover Avenue during the month of May. Watch for the Employee of the Month on GCSTV2! |
