On April 17, 2007, R.L. Casey, Inc. submitted a request for a change order to cover the cost of the revised water system at the new Northern Area Elementary School site. This change order work includes:

RECOMMENDATION: In an effort to move through this process expeditiously and to pay the contractor in a timely manner for this work, we recommend approval for the amount above totaling $110,487 for the revised water system as submitted by R.L. Casey, Inc., and documented herein. The funds for this change are currently in the budget under project contingency.
