Update on Military Recruitment at Schools

Attached you will find information provided by the schools regarding how military recruitment is addressed at each site.

As requested at the June 28, 2007 Board Meeting, further research was done regarding the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB). Research suggests that the ASVAB is the most widely used multiple-aptitude battery in the world. The ASVAB measures strengths, weaknesses and potential for future success. It also provides career information for various civilian and military occupations and is an indicator for success in future endeavors whether students choose to attend college, vocational school or a military career.
