RE:	2008-09 Budget Amendments/Transfers Report

Under the provisions of the 2008-09 budget resolution the attached budget amendments/transfers are hereby reported to the board of education.

RECOMMENDATION: The administration recommends approval of State Public School Fund Amendment #2, Local Current Expense Fund Amendment #2, Federal Grant Fund Amendment #2, Capital Outlay Fund Amendment #2 and After School Care Enrichment Services (ACES) Fund Amendment #2.
