RE:	Continued Discussion - 2008-09 Magnet and NCLB Opt-Out Schools

As a continuation of discussions held during previous Board sessions (January 26 and March 4, 2008), staff will present to the board an update of the proposed Magnet and NCLB Opt-Out Schools for the 2008-09 school year.

RECOMMENDATION: The administration recommends approval of the Magnet and NCLB Opt-Out schools as presented during the March 20 Board of Education Meeting.
