RE:	2008-09 Magnet and NCLB Opt-Out Schools

Staff will present to the board an update on the proposed Magnet and NCLB Opt-Out Schools for the 2008-09 school year.

Please find attached the proposed Magnet and NCLB Opt-Out Schools. Staff met with board members during the Board of Education Retreat on January 26, 2008, to share proposed options.

RECOMMENDATION: The administration recommends approval of proposed Magnet and NCLB Opt-Out schools.
