Governance Committee Updates

The Governance Committee will present two policies and procedures that are the result of the Jessica Lunsford Act and the accompanying legislation.

 Attached you will find the following:

  1.  “The On-Line Sex Offender Registry and Jessica Lunsford Act” material presented at the North Carolina School Boards Association conference dated October 16, 2008.

  4. Policy KN - Registered Sex Offenders
  5. Procedure KN-P - Registered Sex Offenders
