Auction of Surplus Property

Attached is a list of non-operational property we wish to dispose of by public auction according to General Statute 115c-518. The auction is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2009 at the GCS Warehouse located at 529 W. Grimes Avenue, High Point. Dave’s Auctions, LLC, McLeansville, NC will conduct the auction.
RECOMMENDATION: The administration recommends that (a) the attached list of items be declared as surplus property and (b) the items be sold at public auction on March 21, 2009 by Dave’s Auctions, LLC.
