Peck Elementary

The proposed project will add 4 Kindergarten classrooms, 2 Pre K classrooms and 2 third grade classrooms. In addition to the kitchen/cafeteria, there will be general renovations on the site as well as accessibility, technology, and air/heating upgrades. The school has a current enrollment of 383 and these improvements will increase its core capacity to 800. The projects will increase the floor area from 47,535 to 63,420 square feet. The project budget is $3,427,139.
