Union Hill Elementary

A replacement school on the existing school site. The project will increase the area from 69,336 to 78,000 square feet. The school has a current enrollment of 372 and these improvements will increase the core capacity to 513. The project budget is $12,986,776.

The project architects are: Millennium 3 Design Group from Charlotte, NC will handle the project.
