In the 2006-07 school year, more than 128,000 people committed their time and talents to volunteer in a school. They spent close to 281,000 hours tutoring, reading or just spending quality time with a child. Businesses and individuals committed $1.3 million of their treasure through cash and non-cash contributions. With the generous support from our community, Guilford County Schools can continue its mission of building futures for our children.
