 | Nighthawkʼs Rugby Club Charter Nighthawkʼs Rugby Club is centered on we the student-athletes who will uphold and honor the spirit of the game, itʼs laws, traditions, and unique character both on and off the field. As students involved in Nighthawkʼs Rugby, we will represent our school with courage, integrity, passion, solidarity, discipline, respect and honorable sportsmanship. All members are required to adhere to North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) Eligibility Guidelines and strive for academic and athletic excellence. We will place our academic performance ahead of all club activities and work together in achieving this expectation. As the coaches, sponsors, referees, parents, and players of Nighthawkʼs Rugby, we will ensure that the safety of all the players on and off of the pitch is our priority and everyoneʼs responsibility. All actions and conditions that are deemed unsafe to the players will be addressed immediately. We are student-athletes, fierce competitors, and leaders. We are Nighthawk's Rugby! |
Nighthawk's Rugby is a school sponsored club that will compete with other North Carolina High School sponsored rugby clubs. Travel to the Charlotte area may be required for cross-conference scrimmages and state play-offs.
There will be a Service Program in which the members will be required to participate in. As this is a club, we will also engage in fund raising activities in order to purchase other necessary field and training equipment. Donations are always welcomed! Nighthawks Rugby Academic Eligibility A report will be run each Wednesday to determine academic eligibility. This will give me enough time to lobby on your behalf if you are ineligble to play due to the below requirements.
