Pre -K registration is from Feb-7 - April 24.  You can get an application from the school, or click on the picture to the right to access information.  All applications are due to the Pre-k office by April 24.  If your child attends Union Hill, send it back to school, and we will mail it for you.

 Proof of Address Information

When enrolling students in our school you must provide proof of address.  Also, please notify us if you acquire a new address, you must then provide proof of the new address prior to records being changed. To assist you in address verification, A list of several acceptable forms of ID that you can submit are below:

•1)   Gas, oil, water or electric bill in the parent's/legal guardian's name with address in your school zone. (Telephone and cable television bills are not acceptable ID)

•2)   Official lease agreement in the parent's/legal guardian's name

•3)   Driver's license (or State ID card from Department of Motor Vehicles) AND voter registration card

•4)   Driver's license or State ID card and Car registration in the parent's /legal guardian's name AND address in your school zone.

•5)   Driver's license (or State ID card) AND letter from employer verifying address. (Letter from employer must be on company letterhead.)

•6)   Driver's license (or State ID card) or voter registration card AND Medicaid card in the parent's/legal guardian's name with address in your school zone. Student's name must also be listed on the Medicaid card.

As a reminder, ANY form of ID must be in the parent's/legal guardian's name with address in your school zone. If none of the above forms of ID can be provided please contact  Doyle Craven at 370-8303
