Transition Services

Beginning at age 14, the IEP team begins to brainstorm what after-graduation programs or employment opportunities may be most appropriate for each student.

Our staff includes a vocational education teacher and career/technical education teacher who help with job training in both the school and the community.  Together with the classroom staff, students utilize our Home Living area and Workshop to learn job skills and daily living activities.

The philosophy is that all students can, should, and must learn to their fullest potential.
