P.T.S.A. COMMITTEES
Membership To build an active P.T.S.A. organization through solicitation of parents, teachers, students and community partners.
Fundraising To raise money to invest in meeting the needs of the present year events and programs thus advancing the work of the P.T.S.A.
Newsletter To educate our members by gathering and promoting news about P.T.S.A. activities, school activities and staff.
Campus Beautification Plans, secures volunteers and coordinates the beautification of the Grounds and other exterior areas of the school campus. Works with school staff to organize work days. Hospitality To provide a spirit of friendliness among members of the students, staff members of the P.T.S.A. and the community by providing comfort and pleasure through service.
Grant Writing Searches, coordinates and assists in writing grants to assist in Funding programs for the P.T.S.A.
Reflections Coordinates, advertises, and secures judges for the annual national P.T.S.A Reflections arts contest for Dudley. This is a yearly event and training is provided by Guilford County P.T.A.
Black History Month Plans and coordinates cultural event(s) in celebration of February Black History Month for students and staff. |
