NCAA Clearinghouse Information

Students must complete the eligibility information at www.eligibilitycenter.org

If you require a fee waiver, please indicate when requested in the registration process. Once you have completed your eligibility form, please inform your counselor that information has been completed. Simply send an email with “NCAA Eligibility Registration Completed” in the Subject Line. Once this has been completed, your counselor will send an official transcript to NCAA Clearinghouse. If you requested a fee waiver in the registration process and you qualify, a fee waiver will be submitted for you.

NCAA Clearinghouse Official Test Scores

Test scores must be reported directly to the Eligibility Center from the ACT or SAT. Test scores

will not be taken off transcripts or from a student score report. When the student registers for the

SAT or ACT, remind them to include the Eligibility Center code of 9999 so the test comes

directly to the Eligibility Center at no extra charge. Remember that if a student takes the SAT or

ACT multiple times, NCAA rules require that all scores must be reported to the Eligibility Center.

Be sure to include the NCAA Clearinghouse code “9999” when registering for the SAT/ACT.

Where to Send Transcripts

Transcripts must be official and cannot be faxed. Transcripts must be mailed or sent via overnight delivery. There is a five day processing window. Guilford County does not participate in Electronic Transcripts. All transcripts will be mailed.
