Talent Development offers an array of professional development courses aligned to the North Carolina Professional Teaching Standards. Courses are designed in two or three hour modules to be delivered independently or combined to create customized programs that meet the individual needs of teachers and schools. In an effort to support the overall goal of Talent Development, each course incorporates research-based strategies, models best practices, and fosters high participant engagement. We are pleased to share all of our course materials for the benefit of all educators and students. Course materials include a facilitator manual, participant manual, and PowerPoint.
