The Southeastern Region includes 26 schools rising to academic excellence in Greensboro, High Point, Gibsonville, McLeansville, Liberty, Pleasant Garden and Sedalia.

Dr. Phyllis Martin, an experienced public school administrator with a demonstrated track record of more than 20 years, is the Southeastern Region superintendent. Valerie Akins, executive director, Tresha Layne, formative assessment coach, and Susan Villarrubia, student services administrator, offer direct assistance to schools in their areas of service. Susan Parker provides office support for the region.
