Tdap Vaccine Required for Rising Sixth-Graders


Parents, your rising sixth-grader is required to have an updated Tdap vaccination before entering middle school. Tdap is available at your family doctor’s office or by appointment at the Guilford County Department of Public Health offices. 4th Annual MAPS Summer Academic & Enrichment Program

Shalom Community Christian Church in Partnership with Murphey - Archer - Peck - Sedgefield Elementary Schools

WHO: Kindergarten thru Rising 6th Grade Students
WHEN: JUNE 10TH – August 2nd 2013
TIME: 7:30am – 4pm; aftercare provided until 5:30pm
WEEKLY FEE: $55 per week with parent transportation
$60 per week with bus transportation
(sibling discounts available)
