Lateral Entry |
The Lateral Entry Resource and Advising Center first opened in the fall of 2008. The center was formed in response to a clear need for the provision of additional support for professionals entering education from other careers or non-education degree programs. The center is coordinated by three master teachers who are Lateral Entry Specialists. Our Specialists are available to work with any Lateral Entry teacher currently employed with Guilford County Schools.
