- GCS will utilize August 22, 2012, the first mandated workday of the 2012-13 traditional calendar, as the cut-off date by which forms must be received in Payroll for the 2012-13 school year. Forms en route on August 22nd, but not delivered to payroll by 5:00 p.m., will not be processed for the 2012-13 school year.
- The cut-off date by which forms must be received in Payroll for future fiscal years will be the first day of the ten-month traditional calendar.
