Schedule On Demand Support
The Guilford County School Lateral Entry Resource and Advising Center houses two Lateral Entry Specialists who are available to provide on-demand support to Lateral Entry Teachers in their 2nd and 3rd years of teaching.
We will provide on-demand support to problem solve in the areas of: curriculum, instruction, planning, understanding the organization, classroom management, and performance evaluation.

Pre-Observation Preparation |
Meet with your specialist to plan out a lesson prior to being observed. Get feedback on a lesson already planned. Or, brainstorm ideas for a future lesson or project. |
On-Site Coaching |
Invite your specialist to come to your classroom to observe a specific issue. Get feedback on your solutions and behaviors. Tackle your problems with expert advice! |
