Lateral Entry Overview
The Lateral Entry Resource and Advising Center first opened in the fall of 2008. The center was formed in response to a clear need for the provision of additional support for professionals entering education from other careers or non-education degree programs. The center is coordinated by two master teachers who are Lateral Entry Specialists.
