GCS Project Teams

Delivering quality education to our children requires a partnership between school, parent and community. To that end, Guilford County Schools is committed to creating an educational organization where a variety of persons and perspectives are welcome, and collaboration becomes the foundation by which results and processes are built.

To that end, the district frequently establishes project teams that are chartered to accomplish specific goals, within a specific timeframe. These project teams are comprised of teachers, principals, central office administrators, GCS staff, parents and community members who possess either a knowledge or interest in the task area.

We invite you to contact us if you would like to serve on a project team by contacting Cecilia Adams, Manager of Community Partnerships, at cadams4@gcsnc.com. For more volunteer opportunities available through GCS, click here.
