Annual Enrollment for Cafeteria Benefits, Dental Insurance and Pre-Paid Legal/Identity Theft Protection begins August 25 through September 12, 2008.

The plan year, for all insurances except health, is changing. The Short Plan year begins October 1 and continues through December 31, 2008. Beginning in 2009, the New Plan Year will begin January 1 and continue through December 31 of each year.

Our current alternate dental plan is MetLife Dental. Effective October 1, 2008, Ameritas Dental will become the new alternate plan. All MetLife Dental policyholders will automatically transfer to Ameritas Dental.
