    Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeships

We are reaching out to SENIOR applicants for 2-3 pharmacy technician apprenticeships in partnership with Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in High Point—GAP---and GTCC! Students who are currently seniors and that are getting ready to graduate from high school.

This offer this to the GCS seniors who meet the criteria of a 2.8 unweighted GPA, and want to become a pharmacy technician. It is similar to the GAP model in that the students will be paid for their time sitting in class—and books, fees, and tuition will be covered by the sponsor, Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. What is different is that the wage scale will be different (higher), and the timeline is much quicker than the typical 3 ½ to 4 year program—it will be approximately a 2 year program.

There is a quite a time crunch as the applicants who are chosen need to be signed before their graduation!

Interested applicants should reach out to Mr. Haywood Stukes at stukesh@gcsnc.com or by calling SEHS @ 336-674-4300 (ext 1208)
