Immunization Requirements

North Carolina Immunization Law requires that all individuals attending public school, who are entering 7th grade have the Tdap and Meningococcal vaccine.

Proof of the immunization must be presented to the school before your child starts 7th grade.  The proof can be dropped off at the front office between the hours of 8 and 4.

If you have already provided this information to the school, thank you for doing so.
