Greetings Scholars! My name is Ms. Williamson and I am so excited to be your first grade teacher this year!  This will be my second year teaching at Wiley Elementary School but is going to be my fifth year teaching altogether.         

I have a Bachelor of Arts in K-6 Elementary and a Master of Arts in Education.  I love teaching first grade, especially reading and math.  Most importantly, I love seeing the smiles on my student's faces when they understand what is being taught and watching them succeed. 

Family is very important to me.  I am the the proud parent of four children.  My oldest Laquan serves in the Army and is deployed overseas.  I can't wait until he returns home.  I have two that are eighteen years old, Ian and Sameerah who will be graduating from high school this year and my baby girl Shakirah.
