Rachel Welch

Hi, I’m Mrs. Welch!  I graduated from Appalachian State University and have been teaching 8 years in North Carolina.  I have been married 25 years to Jeff Welch and we have four children and our cat, Maggie.  I have two daughters (Libby & Bethany) in college and two sons (Bobby & David) in high school.  I teach ELA and Social Studies and look forward to a great year as a Florence Cowboy!
