Hi, my name is Ms. Dillman. I'm super excited to join the Southwest Cowboys family as a kindergarten teacher. I moved to NC with my family in 2009 from Goodyear, AZ. Teaching has always been a passion of mine and what better place to start than the place I attended elementary school. Once a cowboy always a cowboy? I have a Bachelor's in Human Resources and a Master's in Communication and Business Leadership, both from High Point University. I am ecstatic about starting my dream job!
