Hello everyone!! Welcome to first grade at Stokesdale Elementary! I am so excited to be your child’s teacher this year! I have taught both Kindergarten and First grade, but I am super excited to be back in first grade this year!! I am originally from Massachusetts but went to college at Elon University! I received my bachelors in elementary education. I live in Greensboro, NC with my husband, Carson. Carson and I just got married at the end of July on Cape Cod. I grew up going there every summer and knew it was where I wanted to get married from a young age! My family all still lives in Massachusetts and whenever I can, I go back and visit them! I love to travel and have been to over 35 states and 8 countries! I look forward to seeing new things and embarking on new adventures! I am SO excited to be returning to Stokesdale this year and be your child’s teacher. It is so important to me that each child feels safe, loved, and learning in a positive environment. I can't wait to see the kiddos grow socially, emotionally, and academically! Let’s have a good year!
