Welcome! 

I am Mrs. Mendez and this is my second year at Northern but my 5th year teaching! I grew up in Davidson County and taught there shortly upon graduating from Catawba College and East Carolina University in 2020. Outside the classroom, I am the advisor for student council and the assistant women's soccer coach. As always, I am excited for a new year and can't wait to build relationships with families in the community and my students.  #LetsGoNightHawks
