Hello Mustangs!

I am Ms. Hill, and I have worked as a Library Media Coordinator/Technology Integrator for over ten years as of the 2022-2023 school year.  I earned my BA degree from Guilford College and my MLIS from UNCG.  Prior to transitioning to the Media Center, I taught at the elementary level.  I have been the information specialist, instructional collaborator, collection manager, and library administrator for two elementary schools and one middle school.  I enjoy supporting the whole learning community with resources, programming, and a safe space for meaningful academic, personal, and social growth.

  • Chromebook Information!

    The link below provides helpful yet brief Informational Videos regarding your Chromebook such as 1) Taking Care of the Chromebook, 2) Logging In to Your GOOGLE Account to register the Chromebook initially, 3) a Tour of the Chromebook, 4) Troubleshooting that YOU can do, 5) Getting Set for a Day of Learning, and 6) Finding Downloaded Files/File Storage.  Please Watch ALL videos to make the use of the technology more manageable for you and your teachers.

    You also have access to Microsoft OneDrive which provides you with your primary student email account in addition to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.  See directions on how to log into OneDrive in the image below.

  • Springtime treat!  The Scholastic Book Fair is March 13-17, 2023 in the Media Center.  Book Fair hours: Mon-Thurs, 8:30am-3:00pm; Fri, 8:30am -1:00pm.  Cash, Credit Card, Check ("Mendenhall Middle School"), and eWallet (set up this option on the school's book fair website below) are available.  SALES TAX WILL BE CHARGED PER SCHOLASTIC. Please click the school's book fair link for this information and more, including online shopping if needed.  Online shopping will be available longer than the physical fair, through March 26th.
