ACES Registration 2023-24
-
During the April 4, 2023 Board of Education meeting, two increases to the ACES fee structure were approved. During the 2023-24 school year, the weekly rate for ACES will increase from $65/week to $75/week. The late payment fee will also increase from $5 to $15. A $15 registration fee will remain unchanged, and there will continue to be no required deposit. This increase in the weekly fees will help support previous increases in pay for the ACES staff as well as continue to support after-school custodial services. ACES Registration for the 2023-2024 will begin on May 1, 2023. Please contact the ACES office at 336-370-2321 or email aces@gcsnc.com if you have questions. Thanks for choosing the Guilford County Schools ACES program for your child's after-school care.

A nutritional snack is also served daily. (Breakfast, Lunch and Snack are served on ACES All Days).
This will be our second year of the ACES Across the Nation Curriculum! Our ACES program will “travel” to ten new states this year to explore some of the well known (and not-so-well-known) attributes of some of our great states. Here is the travel itinerary: we will focus on ten states per school year (one state per month) with different STEAM activities for each month/state. We hope that all ACES students will enjoy these activities and give input on the states that they have visited!
Our ACES Program also focuses on Service Learning. We are currently partnered with Animal Rescue and Foster Program for ongoing Service Learning Projects. Further information regarding these projects will come out in our ACES monthly newsletters.
