Welcome to First Grade! I am so happy you are here! 

This year we will learn SO many neat things and have fun while doing it! I believe that children learn best when given the opportunity to collaborate, explore, and use their creativity. A little about me...I grew up in Niagara Falls, NY and lived there until I moved to NC to attend UNCG. I graduated from UNCG in 2012 with my Bachelors in Elementary Education, and again in 2019 with my Masters in Reading Education. When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, exploring new places, and spending time with my 4 year old. I am excited to work together with you to make this a phenomenal school year!
