Welcome to Ms. Diaz's Language Arts Classroom!  I grew up here in Greensboro, but have been away for many years.  I recently returned "home" and began teaching for Guilford County Schools.  During my time away from Greensboro, I taught elementary school students in Huffman, TX., and middle and high school students in Charlotte, N.C.  I have two grown children, one living in Charlotte and one living here in Greensboro.  

I am a 7th grade reading resource teacher.  We are following the American Reading Company Curriculum.  Students are placed on independent reading levels and work from their to improve their reading skills.
