Welcome to my classroom. I know it is going to be a great year! This is my third year at Newcomers. I teach 4th grade math and science. I am from Raleigh and graduated from UNCG with my masters in TESOL. I like to read and watch baseball. Go Grasshoppers!

About my classroom:

I strive to create a safe and inviting place for students, parents and teachers. All of our students at Newcomers are celebrated for their multilingual abilities. The classroom is for nurturing student’s strengths and building confidence in their English skills. I hold my students to high expectations that I believe they can reach through hard work and the support of our teachers, school and community partners.
