Pay Online for School Meals, ACES, and School Fees

    Dealing with your children’s school money is now a lot easier. That’s because Guilford County Schools offers the enhanced K12PaymentCenter system as a convenient way for parents to make online credit and debit card payments.  

     

    K12PaymentCenter is a secure, easy and convenient system that Guilford County Schools’ parents have used successfully for more than 10 years to pay for their students’ school meals. The online payment system can now also be used to make online credit and debit card payments for After-School Care Enrichment Services (ACES) and school fees such as field trips, lost book fees, and yearbooks.

     

    • If you already use K12PaymentCenter to pay for school meals, you can use your current login information to also make payments for ACES and school fees.

    • To register for a new account, you will need your student’s district student ID number. This number is on your child’s report card.

    School Meals

    You can deposit funds into your students’ school cafeteria account. The funds can be used by students to purchase lunch, breakfast or other food items. Parents also have an option to set low-balance notifications and to view their children’s cafeteria purchasing history.

     

    After-School Care Enrichment Services (ACES)

    You can make ACES prepayments online. The site coordinator will credit your payment to your child’s account in the ACES payment management system. You can continue to obtain payment history and account balance information from the site coordinator and you will continue to receive a receipt from ACES for all payments, whether they are made online or at the school.

    School Fees

    You can pay for school fees such as field trips, lost book fees, and yearbooks that the school posts to your students’ account. You can choose to pay the fee online or through other means provided by the school.
