Announcements

  • Students: Check the lost & found for missing items. All items remaining will be donated to Goodwill after Thanksgiving break. 

     

    We kicked off a school-wide toy drive to benefit the children of Western North Carolina.  Please bring NEW toys and wrapping paper!  We will collect toys through December 3rd!  Additionally, we will have a dollar drive from Monday, 11/18 through Tuesday, 11/26 during all lunches!  Funds will be used to purchase more toys!!!  We are joining the FFA drive, and it is our goal to FILL a trailer to deliver to a mountain community prior to Christmas break! 

     

    Please join us on Thursday, December 12th at 6:00pm for the Cultural Arts Department’s annual Winter Celebration.  We will have art hanging up and performances by band and chorus.  This is a free event.  Show your support for the talented visual and performing arts students at SG! 

     

    Travel Abroad: Señora Gomez will be going to Portugal and Spain for 9 days this summer. They will be leaving on June 23, 2025. For more information please see Mrs. Gomez room A-16.
