My People, welcome to my page.  I have been teaching science for 19 years, this is my 10th year at NWM and 17th here in Guilford County.  I am from the NJ coast and miss long runs on the beach.  I have a classroom sand collection from around the world that students add to. I run Spartan Obstacle Races throughout the year and  encourage environmental stewardship, healthy habits, and fitness.  I also love live music, hiking and the mountains.  Check out the Mr. Lynch favorites link below for more about me.
