Students interested in the Morehead–Cain scholarship to UNC-Chapel Hill can self-nominate. Visit https://www.moreheadcain.org/ to apply. Applications are due no later than October 1, 2023.
NC State’s Park Scholarship
To be eligible for the Park Scholarships program, candidates must:
- Have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.5 and/or a minimum weighted GPA of 4.0.
- Be a United States citizen, permanent resident of the U.S., or graduating from a high school located in the U.S. (regardless of citizenship status).
- Apply for fall, first-year admission into a baccalaureate program at NC State.
By 11:59 pm ET, November 1:
- Apply for undergraduate admission to NC State.
- Complete the Park Scholarships application.
The Park Scholarships application asks that you provide:
- Names and email addresses of two recommenders
- Information about advanced coursework completed
- Two essays
From the NC State admission application, we will also review your:
- Activities and honors
- Personal essay
- NC State’s short-answer essays
- NC State’s optional short answer essays (optional)
- Transcript
- We do NOT have access to general recommendations submitted to the NC State application.
** As of fall 2022, Park Scholarship no longer requires counselor endorsements. All qualified students should visit https://park.ncsu.edu/apply/ to apply.
UNC Charlotte's Levine Scholarship
The four-year scholarship includes full tuition, room, board, a grant to implement a service project of the Scholar’s own design, and four summers of experiences that will develop leadership skills, social awareness and an international perspective. The total value of this four-year package is estimated at over $115,000 for in-state students and over $172,000 for out-of-state students.
University of Virginia's Jefferson Scholarship
Scholarship awarded on the basis of demonstrated excellence and exceptional potential in the areas of leadership, scholarship, and engaged citizenship. The scholarship includes tuition, room, board, books, and miscellaneous expenses based on full-time enrollment for eight semesters at the University of Virginia.
