Ms. Alisha Fuller

Hello! I am Alisha Fuller and I currently serve as Jamestown Middle School's 6th Grade Counselor for the 2022 - 2023 academic school year.  I enjoy sports, singing, celebrations/event planning, traveling and educating!  I received a Bachelors degree in Child Development and studied the following Masters programs: Counselor Education (K-12) and Marriage/Family Counseling from N.C. A&T State University and Liberty University. Prior to becoming a counselor, I served as a pre-kindergarten and afterschool teacher.  During this school year, I plan to incorporate the following school counseling programs: SEL/classroom guidance lessons, individual and group counseling, scheduling, parent-teacher conferences, peer groups, literacy intervention groups, college and career exploration, study skills/test preparations, leadership/character education, and goal setting. Most importantly, the counseling department along with administration will be working collectively to develop a positive learning environment by meeting the developmental needs of all students, teachers, and families!
