8th Grade Science

Greetings Southwest Families!

I have taught 8th grade science at SWMS since 2006 and I love our school and community.    

I use blended learning to help students to be successful. Everything I do in the classroom is also available online to parents and students though Canvas.  The daily agenda on the board in my classroom is also online.  In the online version of the agenda, students and parents can click on links to see the actual resources being used.  If a student is absent from school they can go online to Canvas to not only see what they missed but also have access to the resources they need.

Students can access Canvas by signing into NCEdCloud.  Parents access Canvas through a different link (below) but a lot of parents just use their child's login info.
