Mrs. Machipisa (Masimo) is proud to work here at Southeast High School. She has been a math teacher at Southeast Guilford High school since August of 2005. Prior to that, she worked as a high school math teacher for one year at Dudley High School. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics Education and continued her education to receive a Master's Degree in Special Education in 2011. Along with teaching high school, Mrs. Masimo has a lot of interests, including, gardening, spending time with her family, and cooking. She grew up in Zimbabwe and enjoys sharing her background with others. She is eager to help high school students learn and appreciate mathematics.
