JES is hoping to participate in Battle of the Books again for the 22-23 school year depending upon student interest.  Information will be coming home with 4th and 5th grade students sometime during the first nine weeks of school.

Students in 4th and 5th grade are eligible to "try out" for the Battle of the Books team here at JES.  Students who are currently trying to "try out" for the team are earning points by reading books, taking AR tests, completing study guides, and taking a title/author matching quiz.  The top 12 students with the most points will earn a place on our BOB team.  

*The official team will be announced in mid-January once students return from the winter break.
