Jefferson Elementary Eagles know that bullying is never okay. We strive to be a safe place for all students to learn and grow. The staff and counselor works hard to create an atmosphere that promotes healthy friendships and respectful interactions. 

Students will learn about the importance of healthy friendships and safe schools throughout the year in the counseling curriculum. If a student is being bullied, the first step is to tell a trusted adult. Encourage students not to sit back and witness bullying without stepping up. It's not tattling! Students can make a report to any adult at Jefferson or talk to Mrs. Brown
