Mrs. Julie Mabe

Hi!  My name is Mrs. Mabe.  I am so excited to have a new group of first graders.  More importantly, I am THRILLED to be your teacher!  It’s going to be a fun year full of lots of learning, new adventures and I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for us.  I want to know ALL about you, but first I’m going to tell you a few things about me.

I was born and raised in Madison, NC, which is just north of Greensboro.  I am the oldest of 3.  I have a younger sister, Stephanie, and younger brother, Billy. 

I am married to a wonderful man, Mr. Mabe, who works at the airport at HAECO. We are parents to a baseball loving 9 year old, Carter and his curious, princess loving 4 year old sister, Emily. They keep us on our toes and there is never a dull moment. We spend our time between baseball, dance, church, and doing outdoor activities together. We love camping!

I am so excited to be your teacher this year and for you to be part of our “First Grade Adventure” where we are WILD about learning in Room 210!  It’s going to be a great year.  I can’t wait to learn about you and your family!
