Welcome to Mrs. Hamilton's Health Science for 2023

Welcome!

My name is Angela Hamilton and I graduated from UNC-G with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. I worked in cardiology nursing for more than 20 years prior to starting my teaching career. I made the decision to change from clinical nursing to education because I wanted to be involved in the educating of our future healthcare workers. After receiving my teaching certification, I earned my National Pharmacy Technician certification to be eligible to teach pharmacy curriculum. I taught at Southern Guilford for 10 years and this is my 6th year at Northwest.

I am married with 2 sons and 2 stepsons. For a total of 10 grandchildren, which includes a set of triplets soon to be 7 years old (2 girls and 1 boy) . I am truly blessed! I am excited about being your teacher.
